I went into Mystic Pet Store this weekend and had the pleasure of working with Genevieve. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how welcoming the entire staff was and by how incredibly knowledgeable they all were.
I was honestly a little overwhelmed, in the best way, by the incredible selection of products they have in stock. Even better, I was able to bring my dog, Elliot, with me. Having the staff meet him and take the time to understand his individual needs made the experience truly special.
Genevieve was able to go through their inventory and find exactly what we needed. For a local pet store to have that level of knowledge, selection, and personal attention is a huge win.
